Overweight Or Fat Woman Faces A Serious Health Problems

In our appearance-obsessed society, many people think of being overweight as an aesthetic problem. But in reality, being overweight as fat woman is a medical problem because it can affect a person’s appurtenance and health seriously.

Heart disease and diabetes are health problems that can be caused by being overweight.

Being overweight can also affect a person’s sleep, mood, joints, breathing, and energy levels. Therefore, being overweight can affect a person’s entire quality of life.

Define overweight

People eating more calories than they burn, the body stores the excess calories as fat.

A couple or few pounds of extra body fat is not a health risk for most people. But when people are in the habit of eating more calories than they burn, they accumulate more and more fat in the body.

In the long run, it reaches a point where the amount of fat in the body can be harmful to a person’s health. Doctors use the terms “obese” or “overweight” to indicate that a person is more likely to develop health problems related to being overweight.

More people are becoming overweight today than in the past. The “obesity epidemic” affects adolescents and children as well as youth. Now young people are also suffering from health problems that used to affect only seniors, such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.

Fat Women People Become Overweight

Obesity is usually hereditary. Some people having a genetic disorder will gain weight more quickly than others. While genes greatly influence body size and type, the environment also plays a role.

Today, people gain weight due to unhealthy food choices (such as fast foods) and family habits (such as eating in front of the television instead of around a table). High-calorie, low-nutrient drinks and snacks, larger servings, and sedentary lifestyles contribute to the obesity epidemic.

Sometimes people take food for emotional reasons, such as feeling anxious, sad, heartbroken, stressed, or bored.  At this time, they often eat more than necessary.

Determine The Weight Of Fat Woman

Determining whether a teenager is overweight is a bit more complicated than it is for adults. This is because teens are still developing and growing.

Health care professionals, Doctors, and fitness trainers use a body mass index (BMI) to determine if a person is overweight.

The doctor calculates BMI using a person’s weight and height and then places that number in a table. There are different tables for boys and girls. The BMI calculates how much fat the person has in the body.

Because muscle weighs more than fat in the body, a muscular person may have a higher BMI but not have much body fat. Similarly, a person’s BMI may be ideal or low, but they have much fat in their body.

Your school may give you a report on your BMI, but the best way to understand it is to talk to your doctor.
